1 · Service

PearFare converts client-supplied pages into schema-validated JSON. Batches are processed continuously, 24/7, as they arrive. Standard plans cover up to 250,000 pages per day; larger single batches are staged across consecutive days or scheduled under a Volume agreement. Output validates against the client schema before delivery.

2 · Service levels

On-time completion is measured monthly as the share of pages delivered within 12 hours of submission. At 99% or better the cycle bills at full rate. From 95 to 99%, an automatic 25% credit applies. Below 95%, an automatic 50% credit applies. Failed pages are never billed.

3 · Data handling

Client data is processed on dedicated PearFare infrastructure under confidentiality, is never used to train models for any other party, and is purged 14 days after delivery.

4 · Acceptable use

No regulated data, including PHI and payment card information. Clients supply lawfully collected source pages, or engage Managed Collection, under which PearFare collects publicly accessible pages at the client's instruction and on the client's responsibility.

5 · Billing

Plans bill monthly in advance. Overage bills in arrears at the plan rate. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing cycle.

6 · Ownership

Clients own all delivered output upon payment. PearFare retains no rights to extracted records.

Acceptance is logged with a timestamp and forms the agreement between Acme Data Co and PearFare LLC. A countersigned PDF copy is available on request.
